Scott Winship acknowledges the CC!

Hello Chris and Commission Club members,

I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you so much for all of your hospitality during my recent visit to Green Bay. I had such a wonderful visit. I’m so happy that I was able to come to the Commission Club meeting and get a chance to get to know you and some of the other members. It is truly inspiring to see such enthusiasm and dedication to new music amongst the patrons of the symphony. Your commission club is such a beautiful model for the rest of the new music community. And as we move forward with future rounds of Music Alive I may be in touch with you to talk about ways in which we can highlight the work of the GB Commission Club as an example of unique commissioning models to the rest of the community.

Please do keep me posted on your activities! And as promised I am in the process of collecting information on other commissioning clubs around the country and will supply that information to you as soon as I can. I hope that we can find a way for all of the clubs to work together in some fashion.

Thank you again for everything. I’m already really looking forward to my visit next year!!
All the best,

Scott Winship
