Commission Club Invite

FOR COMMISSION CLUB MEMBERS ONLY!

BALCONY BASH DISPATCH

The Balcony Bash is on for April 15th! We are going to once again have the opportunity that only club members get -- A bird's eye view from the balcony of the first "read down" of Philip Rothman's piece, Arc of Visibility.
Club members, get your ears ready and don't forget that you will be receiving your 1st page of the score signed by Philip Rothman. Another fantastic benefit as member of the best club in Green Bay.

Details
We're going to begin promptly at 6pm, up on the second floor area of the Weidner Center called the Signature Room.
Club business will be conducted first, then we'll begin the festivities which will include visits from both Mr. Rothman and Maestro Reischl, possibly before the rehearsal, but most assuredly after the rehearsal. Since it went over fabulously last year, we have invited Cheesecake Heaven to cater dinner, so bring your appetite. We have also reserved a cash bar. Get ready to have a great time in the balcony watching Mr. Rothman, Maestro Reischl and the orchestra begin to shape Arc of Visibility. Our event will wrap up around 10pm.

Bring a Guest
Our mighty club needs more members! The Balcony Bash event is a great opportunity to introduce only your hippest friends to the club experience. Also, Paula Hansen, Club Secretary, has wisely suggested that if you have any school teachers or music teachers in your sphere of influence, what better way to pique interest and spread the word about World Class Music being Made in Green Bay! We are asking that if you do bring a guest to include the name/s of your guests in your RSVP so that we can accurately order the right amount of food and treats. We also ask that you kick in $10 per guest for dinner. This will help us keep our overhead costs down.

Buck Jar
Last year we placed a donation jar that members could donate some extra bucks to cover club costs. We raised $200, quite impressive! Those donations and other club member donated monies, have allowed us to maintain our mission goal of all membership dues going directly to the commissioning of music, not for stamps!! This is something to be very proud of as a club, hence the request to give to the Buck Jar and keep our club on a roll and sticking to the mission, making music happen!

House Rules
Phones and Pagers Silenced
No flash photography allowed in the Hall
Keep track of your signed copies of Arc of Visibility
Dress Casual, nothing fancy, we're a club!

Please RSVP by Sunday, April 9th.
